Nice to Meet You!

I have been thinking about starting a blog for years now. Yes, years! Why did it take me so long? Fear, doubt and worry were all major players. I would be relaxing in the evenings with a glass of wine, taking one of those rare moments of peace to myself, usually scrolling through Instagram and “liking” photos of all the beautiful bloggers that I follow. I knew I would love to try, but feared I would not add up to what I was seeing out of others. I’m not generally glamorous, I hardly ever have makeup on my face and I don’t get out much. If you are a stay-at-home mom like myself i’m sure that sounds quite familiar! That is why I am finally stepping out of my comfort zone to start this blog. We need something to relate to, like-minded people to connect with and a valuable support system to help us through. Momming is HARD, y’all! When I left my full time job to become a SAHM a little over a year ago, I truly had no idea how hard it would really be. I had this idea in my head of always being able to keep a clean house, being able to get out and do things on a regular basis, being generally more relaxed than I would be sitting at work 8-5. BOY. WAS. I. WRONG. I have learned so much this past year and will no doubt continue to learn and I will be sharing my tips with you along the way. Being a mom to these two sweet boys has been the most amazing, life-changing experience. Though I get stressed, frustrated, angry even, the love in my heart only grows. I am truly blessed to be their mama.

If you stay with me through this journey, you will see posts on:
